Sweetness occupies the center of the palate, while freshness extends its development and makes the finish more distinct. Preserves of apricot, candied citrus fruits and honey intertwine with almond, marzipan and spices, with a hint of ginger. The long contact with oak complements the character of the botrytized grapes without exhausting their aroma. The style is defined by the contrast between richness and tension, with a creamy texture and a long-lasting aromatic finish.

Producer: Château Pajzos
Region: Tokaj, Hungary
Appellation: Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos
Grape varieties: Furmint, Zéta, Hárslevelű
Vintage: 2017
Type: Sweet white
Format: 500 ml

Pickup by appointment
Available exclusively for pickup by appointment at the Atelier del Vino, in Via Mario Morgantini 2/A, Verona.
