Tastings at Atelier del Vino invite you to explore regions, grape varieties and styles by comparing wines. With JC Viens, what you find in the glass becomes the starting point for discovering the choices and stories behind each wine.
The pleasure of tasting goes hand in hand with questions and shared impressions: a chance to refine your palate, test your ideas and discover something new together.

Each tasting follows a theme: a region, a grape variety or a comparison of styles. The wines provide a starting point for noticing differences, understanding what shapes them and putting your impressions into words.
JC Viens guides the tasting and encourages discussion, making room for questions and different perspectives. Rather than guessing the right answer, you’ll taste attentively and develop your own informed judgement.
MONDAYS AT THE ATELIER
Monday Blind Wine Tasting
Six wines tasted blind, two themed flights and a discussion guided by JC Viens to practise deduction, connections and judgement.
From 19:00 to 20:30 on scheduled Mondays between 19 October and 14 December 2026. Maximum 12 participants.
Single ticket €50 · Four-ticket package €180. Tax included. Package credits never expire.
