Sauvignon Blanc from Viña Los Vascos, a Chilean estate owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite. The cuvée highlights the cooler areas of the Peralillo vineyard.
The grapes are harvested during the cooler hours, fermented at low temperatures, and aged in steel to preserve the fruit. Some lees work contributes to the wine's volume.
A medium-bodied white with a juicy start and a freshness that accompanies the palate without making it austere. The texture maintains a subtle softness, supported by acidity and a good continuity of fruit. Citrus, peach, and pineapple intertwine with passion fruit and herbal nuances, creating an expressive yet approachable profile. The absence of oak keeps the varietal character at the forefront, while the lees work adds a measured tactile presence. The style thus combines volume and liveliness, with a fresh finish in which fruit and vegetal accents return.
