The winemaking includes fermentation and aging in French oak, which contribute to the wine's texture and toasted nuances.
A full-bodied Chardonnay, with a dense body and a creamy texture that retains momentum thanks to its freshness. The acidity gives direction to the volume, leaving a juicy progression and a defined finish. Baked apple, citrus fruits, and stone fruits intertwine with orange blossom and jasmine, with toasted almond and a slight spicy hint. The oak accompanies the fruit with a recognizable imprint, without overwhelming the aromatic character. The cool origin of Carneros and the barrique aging meet in a broad yet supported style, in which density, fragrance, and tension remain closely linked.
