Gamay from Beaujolais, sourced from the Morgon cru and produced by Jean-Paul Brun at Domaine des Terres Dorées. The vines grow on poor soils of broken granite with a sandy texture, which characterize this appellation.

The winemaking follows a Burgundian approach: fully destemmed grapes and no carbonic maceration. The wine is aged in barriques previously used over several vintages, to accompany the fruit without overpowering it.

A medium-bodied Morgon, with a clear fruity presence and a structure that emerges progressively through the sip. The fresh acidity supports measured tannins, giving the texture a combination of juiciness and slight firmness. Strawberry, cherry, and violet compose a predominantly primary aromatic profile, in which the ripeness of the fruit retains a fresh character. The Burgundian-style winemaking, with destemming and extended maceration, favors definition and texture over the aromatic exuberance of carbonic maceration. The result is a smooth yet structured style, with a dry finish that keeps the fruit taut.
